“ The restaurant boasts a modern and clean atmosphere and the servers, Paul and Rockie were exceptionally attentive. Paul took time to recommend his favorite cocktails. Having dined at several other KPOT chains in different states, I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions at this location. Since I hate wasting food, I had requested smaller portions in the additional comment section on the iPad during the order process. Despite this, the portions served were larger than expected. When I mentioned this to the server, she apologized and explained that it was an oversight on the Chef’s part. The buffet counter features a variety of hot and cold food options which were included in the pricing, and there is a plethora of sauces at the sauce bar. The BOGO 50% off for the second drink was a nice bonus. One of the owners, Victoria, approached me and had a lovely chat. She was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely return during my next visit to Jonesboro. Highly recommended! ”

“ First time here and I have to brag on the staff. I have a food allergy and am always so scared to eat Korean or other Asian cuisine because there is generally pineapple in everything whether juice or fruit. I let the server know I had an allergy and the entire staff was so caring and preventative. The food was really good! We couldn't finish near all our food and I did get nervous because I have a slight soy allergy and towards the end I felt a little sick from it so we had to leave abruptly. The staff was super friendly and I was really thankful for that. We will definitely visit again. I feel they went above and beyond for us. ”

I love how calm and friendly the atmosphere is, the menu has so many options, something for everyone, and I love how you can customize everything to your liking. The drink selection was also great! “ KPOT: A Carnivore’s Dream Come True! My wife and I had the pleasure of eating at KPOT for the first time this past weekend, and let me tell you—it was an experience! I’ve always heard about Korean BBQ but never tried it until now. As a Carnivore, I was in hog heaven. The variety of meats was impressive, and believe me, I ate my share. You have a couple of options: the traditional KPOT hot pot or the Korean BBQ. With the BBQ, you cook your food right at the table, which makes it fun if you don’t mind grilling for yourself. If that’s not your style, they do offer the option of having the kitchen prepare it for you. The atmosphere was great, the restaurant was very clean, and the staff went above and beyond. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted by the hostess/manager, Victoria. She was friendly, helpful, and had such a bubbly personality. Our waiter, Jacob, was just as impressive—patient, knowledgeable, and willing to walk us through the whole process since it was our first time. Because I avoid vegetable seed oils and sauces, I asked for my meats plain, and they were quick to communicate that to the chef—something I really appreciated. My wife, who isn’t carnivore, still had plenty of options with both meats and vegetables, and she left just as satisfied as I did. I highly recommend giving KPOT a try if you haven’t already. Between the food, the atmosphere, and the staff, it was a great experience all around. I’ll definitely be back! ”

“ Loved this 1st time experience! I tried this place alone but it would certainly be better with friends. Sonya got me started with the hot pot and it did NOT disappoint! I think a manager came over next and got me going on the grill with some FANTASTIC suggestions! There is so much more I want to try in the menu but my stomach isn’t big enough…so I’ll have to come back and bring a friend. ”
